Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for
federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to obtain and
report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer
for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per calendar year.

1. You be a United States citizen or a lawfully-admitted permanent resident at least 16 years old.
2. Contributions cannot be made from the general treasury funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank.

4. Contributions cannot be made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
5. Contributions cannot be made from the funds of an individual registered as a federal lobbyist or a foreign agent, or an entity that is a federally registered lobbying firm or foreign agent.
6. Funds cannot be provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
